Yoga for Mums and Babies offers a wonderful way of spending time on healthy and balanced physical exercises designed especially for young mums and their babies. It is a portion of movement that helps us stay healthy and take good care of our spine, and at the same time, fosters the unique bond between the mother and her child.
We exercise muscles responsible for good posture, warm up and gently stretch the joints, and experience the soothing effects of mindfulness exercises in proximity to our child, and simultaneously paying attention to ourselves. It offers you time and space to explore different exercises in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
We practice paying special attention and care to ourselves, strengthening the body while making it more flexible in a safe way. We care for our physical fitness and a positive state of mind.
The classes include:
– thematic greeting and warm-up,
– elements of yoga introduced in a gentle way, in the form of exercises and playing with the baby,
– calming and relaxing exercises with elements of mindfulness techniques.
When exercising, we learn to take care of ourselves and form good habits that yield benefits throughout the day. In a long-term perspective, they permanently improve our posture and well-being.
