Learn the principles of practicing yoga: the basics of working with the breath, body and mind. Workshops for adults. Duration: six hours with an hour break.

During one-day workshop I will talk about the most important foundations on which yoga is based. It will be about why thoughts circulate on the head, when we want to calm down during asana exercise, how to accompany the breath and observe the sensations of the body and why to do it. Participants will also learn the basic asanas and rules of movement in asanas. Thanks to participation in the workshop, you will learn the most important tools and principles of yoga practice.
