Tamara Grykowska-Treszczotko

Opera singer, mezzo-soprano, singing pedagogue, culture animator.
She has been singing in Orthodox Church choirs since she was a child, which became the topic of her thesis at the Faculty of Singing and Acting at the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz. She completed a Pedagogy Course at the Academy of Music in Wrocław, took part in Vocal and Vocal Pedagogy Courses in Duszniki Zdrój, Vratislavia Cantans in Wrocław, Polish National Opera?s Opera Academy in Warsaw, and Jazz Music Courses. She ran “Carmen” Concert Agency, with which she gave many concerts, performing songs and opera arias, musical and jazz songs, as well as world music.

Working as a singing pedagogue has been her passion for many years. She cooperated with Private Art School in Warsaw, Community Art School in Siedlce, taught private opera, musical, and entertainment singing classes.

She studied medicine at the Medical Academy in Warsaw, which helps her to understand the workings of the human body and affects her overall approach to the teaching of singing.
