American dancer Susie Bannion goes to Berlin to start learning at the prestigious ballet school. Her arrival coincides with the mysterious disappearance of Patricia, one of the pupils of the academy. Susan, making amazing progress under the supervision of the eccentric artistic director of the school – Madame Blanc, quickly meet a friend – another dancer – Sarah. When there are several incidents in the school, both girls begin to suspect the real nature of the academy. Soon Susie will know her biggest, dark secret.
