Qigong (pronounced chee-gung) is a traditional, Chinese health gymnastics. Regular qigong exercises help to: relax and relieve stress, boost immunity to somatic and psychological illnesses; reduce the effects of physical injuries; improve motor coordination; release hidden internal energy.
The participants will learn systems of exercises that effectively activate self-healing mechanism of the human body (8 Pieces of Brocade, Five Animals, 6 Healing sounds, etc.).
