Passionate about yoga and healthy lifestyle, her journey with yoga started a few years ago. She received her yoga teacher training in India, from the best teachers, at the source. Her favourite yoga styles are hatha and vinyasa, and the first one is what she usually teaches during her classes. Hatha is a more static yoga style, staying in poses for longer, and Vinyasa is more dynamic. During classes, she often works with breath using breathing exercises and tips. Monika is fascinated by the positive effects yoga has on mind, body and soul, bringing your relaxation up, and training your bodily muscles at the same time. She lived in Australia for many years, meeting many inspiring people, yoga practitioners.
She studied psychology and she loves travelling!
