Free entrance

After a week of work we invite you to meetings where you will be able to meditate together, exchange knowledge or can discuss on various issues from your everyday affairs. Meditations are held every Thursday, between 18.30 and 19.30. Karol, who leads the meeting, will give you basic knowledge about meditation techniques.
You need blanket, mat or pillow to be able to sit or lie down.
You don?t need any previous experience with meditation.
A plan:
– quick introduction to meditation: 15-20 minutes
– meditation: 30 minutes (you can join and end at any time)

Remember, everyone can meditate!
