Classes will be held via instant messaging and conference services (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
We invite regular participants to classes on Mondays and Thursdays at 19.00

The “HEALTHY BACKBONE” classes are aimed at strengthening all the most important muscle parts and increasing the flexibility of the spine. The classes will help to alleviate the consequences of abnormal habits. With regular training you can eliminate back pain or discomfort. The classes are preventive in nature. The exercises are mainly based on strengthening deep muscles, improving stability, coordination and balance and stretching the contracted zones.
