The classes combine elements of classical dance, jazz, pilates and barre au sol. They take place at the bar as well as in the centre of the room, with appropriately selected music, which is not only classical music. The exercises result in the slimmer figure and they also relieve and strengthen the muscles of the spine, firm and emphasize the muscles of the abdomen, the buttocks and the thighs. They also correct the posture, improve the motor memory, as well as give the body resilience and grace. The classes end with short ballet dance sequences. These classes are for everyone who likes ballet, who wants to learn its secrets and be called a “butterfly made of steel”.
