The two-hours meeting with a relaxing yoga that is guided by Agata Jałosińska (Yoga in Jałosiński). Yoga is recommended for those who want to take care of a posture: chest open, back, strong trunk. The workshop will be conducted by a traditional method of Vinyasa Krama, which involves synchronizing movement with breathing, smooth and gentle movements and building awareness on the body.
