Awarded with the Golden Lions in Gdynia, the film is based on real events in the life of the colourful character of Daniel Rycharski, who connects extremes – a committed Catholic fighting for the spiritual renewal of his community and a deeply religious LGBT person who seamlessly combines faith and the rainbow.

Daniel (Dawid Ogrodnik) is an artist, Catholic and activist. The houses in his hometown are adorned with his impressive paintings, the sculptures are displayed at respected exhibitions in Warsaw, and installations such as an illuminated chapel welcoming the inhabitants with voices serve the local community.
The man believes that the church should not be a place of exclusion and that in its community there is a place for everyone, regardless of their worldview and personal choices. As a result of dramatic events, Daniel decides to take part in a brave fight to defend his ideas and decides to deal with the homophobia of the inhabitants of his hometown.
